Paul Lascabettes, Postdoctoral Researcher in Mathematics Applied to Music
I'm a postdoctoral researcher in mathematics applied to music at the University of Strasbourg. I'm currently working on the discovery of musical patterns and the geometry of musical rhythms.
I'm also doing an outreach activity with the YouTube channel Mathémusique, for which I developed the interactive website Rhythm Circle.
Research interests : Patterns, Rhythm, Performance & Structure in Music!
I hold a PhD in mathematics applied to music from Ircam/Sorbonne University.
